Yesterday forenoon, I received a report from the Police Sergeant in charge of the Harbour Master's Station at Stanley (copy attached) stating that certain junks were then at anchor at the station unable to leave for fear of being seized by the Chinese Customs Cruisers patrolling the neighbourhood.
